Kullanım Koşulları

UnfEx uygulamasını ("Uygulama", "Hizmet") kullanarak aşağıdaki koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Lütfen bu koşulları dikkatlice okuyun.
1. Hizmet Tanımı
UnfEx, Instagram hesabınızı analiz etmenize ve keşfetmenize yardımcı olan bir uygulama + Safari uzantısı paketidir. Uygulama şu özellikleri sunar:
- Hızlı Analiz: Sizi takip etmeyenler, son kaybedilen/kazanılan takipçiler, takip trendleri
- Hikayeler: Takip ettiğiniz kullanıcıların hikayelerini uygulama içinde izleme (kaydetme/indirme özelliği yoktur)
- Profil: Kullanıcı adı ile arama yapma, profil bilgileri (avatar, sayılar, biyografi) görüntüleme, takipçi sayısı değişikliklerini takip etme (snapshot)
- Instagram'da Aç: Aranan profili Instagram uygulamasında veya tarayıcıda açma kısayolu
2. Resmi Olmayan Uygulama
Önemli: Bu eklenti Instagram'ın resmi ürünü değildir. Instagram, Meta veya bağlı şirketleri ile herhangi bir resmi bağı, ortaklığı veya onayı bulunmamaktadır.
- Hesabınızın kullanımı, Instagram'ın şart ve politikalarına tabidir.
- Bu şartlara uymak tamamen kullanıcının sorumluluğundadır.
3. Kullanım Sınırları ve Riskler
Risk Uyarısı: Sık ve yoğun analiz veya olağandışı istekler hesabınızın geçici veya kalıcı olarak kısıtlanmasına ya da askıya alınmasına neden olabilir.
- Bu riski kabul edersiniz.
- Hesabınızda oluşabilecek sonuçlardan uygulama sağlayıcısını sorumlu tutmayacağınızı beyan edersiniz.
- Güvenli mod kullanmanız önerilir.
4. Apple ile Giriş (Opsiyonel) ve E-posta İletişimi
Apple ile Giriş zorunlu değildir. Uygulamayı anonim olarak kullanabilir, abonelik satın alabilir ve tüm özelliklere erişebilirsiniz.
Apple ile Giriş yalnızca aşağıdaki opsiyonel özellikler için gereklidir:
- Davet et-kazan sistemi
- Referans (ref) kodu kullanma
- Hak transferi ve hesap geri yükleme
Apple ile Giriş yapmayı tercih ederseniz, e-posta adresiniz (gerçek veya Apple'ın gizli relay e-postası) sistemimize kaydedilir ve:
- Hesap yönetimi, destek ve iletişim amacıyla kullanılır.
- Yeni özellikler, kampanyalar, indirimler ve promosyonlar hakkında bilgilendirme için kullanılabilir.
- Apple ile Giriş'i seçerek pazarlama amaçlı kullanıma açık onay vermiş olursunuz.
- Uygulama ayarlarından veya destek@unfex.app adresine yazarak pazarlama e-postalarından çıkabilirsiniz.
- E-posta adresiniz hiçbir zaman üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz veya satılmaz.
Apple ile Giriş yapmayan kullanıcılar için: Sadece anonim, tek yönlü hash'lenmiş cihaz tanımlayıcısı (SHA-256) sunucumuza gönderilir. E-posta veya kişisel iletişim bilgisi toplanmaz.
5. Satın Alma ve Otomatik Yenilenen Abonelikler
- Uygulama ücretsiz temel özellikler ve ücretli premium özellikler sunar.
- Satın alımlar App Store üzerinden Apple ID hesabınızdan işlenir.
- Mevcut abonelik paketleri: Haftalık (1 hafta ücretsiz deneme ile), Aylık, 6 Aylık ve Yıllık.
- Otomatik yenileme: Abonelikler mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse otomatik olarak yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti, mevcut dönemin bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde Apple ID hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.
- 1 Hafta Ücretsiz Deneme: Sadece haftalık abonelikte ve sadece daha önce hiç abone olmamış kullanıcılar için geçerlidir. Deneme süresi sonunda iptal edilmezse haftalık ücret otomatik tahsil edilmeye başlar.
- İptal: Aboneliğinizi iOS Ayarlar > Apple ID > Abonelikler veya uygulama içi "Aboneliği Yönet" üzerinden istediğiniz zaman iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal, mevcut dönemin sonunda etkili olur.
- Doğrulama: Abonelik durumu Apple StoreKit 2 ile cihazınızda kriptografik olarak doğrulanır. Sunucumuza bağlanılamasa bile premium erişiminiz çalışır.
- İade talepleri Apple'ın iade politikasına tabidir (reportaproblem.apple.com).
6. Kötüye Kullanım ve Yasaklama
Aşağıdaki davranışlar tespit edildiğinde kullanıcı erişimi uyarı olmaksızın kısıtlanabilir veya yasaklanabilir:
- Spam veya kötüye kullanım
- Hile veya lisans manipülasyonu
- Tersine mühendislik veya kaynak kodu değiştirme
- Güvenlik açıklarını istismar etme
- Diğer kullanıcılara zarar verme
7. Sorumluluk Sınırı
- Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır.
- Açık veya zımni hiçbir garanti verilmez.
- Kullanımdan kaynaklanan veri kaybı, hesap kısıtlaması, erişim engeli veya diğer dolaylı/sonuçsal zararlardan uygulama sağlayıcısı sorumlu tutulamaz.
- Maksimum sorumluluk, kullanıcının son 12 ayda ödediği tutarla sınırlıdır.
8. Fikri Mülkiyet
- UnfEx adı, logosu ve içerikleri telif hakkı ile korunmaktadır.
- İzinsiz kullanım, kopyalama veya dağıtım yasaktır.
- Instagram, Meta'nın tescilli markasıdır.
9. Hizmet Değişiklikleri
- Hizmeti herhangi bir zamanda değiştirme veya sonlandırma hakkını saklı tutarız.
- Fiyatlandırma değişiklikleri önceden bildirilir.
- Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde duyurulur.
10. Uygulanacak Hukuk
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklar Türkiye mahkemelerinde çözümlenecektir.
11. Koşul Değişiklikleri
- Bu sözleşmeyi güncelleme hakkını saklı tutarız.
- Güncellemeler yayınlandığı anda yürürlüğe girer.
- Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, değişiklikleri kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
12. Onay
Bu uygulamayı kullanarak tüm koşulları okuduğunuzu, anladığınızı ve kabul ettiğinizi beyan edersiniz.

By using the UnfEx application ("App", "Service"), you agree to the following terms. Please read these terms carefully.
1. Service Description
UnfEx is an app + Safari extension bundle that helps you analyze and explore your Instagram account. The app offers the following features:
- Quick Analysis: Users not following you back, recently lost/gained followers, follower trends
- Stories: Watch stories from accounts you follow inside the app (no save/download)
- Profile: Search any public profile by username, view their info (avatar, counts, bio), and track follower-count changes over time (local snapshot)
- Open in Instagram: Shortcut to open the searched profile in the Instagram app or browser
2. Unofficial Application
Important: This extension is not an official Instagram product. It has no official connection, partnership or endorsement with Instagram, Meta or affiliated companies.
- Your account usage is subject to Instagram's terms and policies.
- Compliance with these terms is entirely the user's responsibility.
3. Usage Limits and Risks
Risk Warning: Frequent and intensive analysis or unusual requests may cause your account to be temporarily or permanently restricted or suspended.
- You accept this risk.
- You declare that you will not hold the app provider responsible for any consequences to your account.
- Using safe mode is recommended.
4. Sign in with Apple (Optional) and Email Communications
Sign in with Apple is not required. You can use the app anonymously, purchase subscriptions, and access all features without signing in.
Sign in with Apple is only needed for the following optional features:
- Invite-and-earn system
- Referral (ref) code redemption
- Credit transfer and account restoration
If you choose to Sign in with Apple, your email address (real or Apple's private relay email) is stored in our system and:
- Used for account management, support, and communication purposes.
- May be used to inform you about new features, campaigns, discounts and promotions.
- By choosing Sign in with Apple, you explicitly consent to the use of your email for marketing purposes.
- You can opt-out of marketing emails from app settings or by contacting destek@unfex.app.
- Your email address will never be shared with or sold to third parties.
For users who do not Sign in with Apple: Only an anonymous, one-way hashed (SHA-256) device identifier is sent to our server. No email or personal contact information is collected.
5. Purchases and Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
- The app offers free basic features and paid premium features.
- Purchases are processed through the App Store via your Apple ID.
- Available subscription tiers: Weekly (with 1-week free trial), Monthly, 6-Month, and Yearly.
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal charge is taken from your Apple ID within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- 1-Week Free Trial: Available only on the weekly subscription and only for users who have never subscribed before. If not canceled before the trial ends, the weekly fee starts being charged automatically.
- Cancellation: You can cancel anytime via iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions or the in-app "Manage Subscription" link. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Verification: Subscription status is cryptographically verified on-device with Apple StoreKit 2. Premium access works even when our server is unreachable.
- Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policy (reportaproblem.apple.com).
6. Abuse and Banning
User access may be restricted or banned without warning when the following behaviors are detected:
- Spam or abuse
- Cheating or license manipulation
- Reverse engineering or source code modification
- Exploiting security vulnerabilities
- Harming other users
7. Limitation of Liability
- The app is provided "as is".
- No express or implied warranties are given.
- The app provider cannot be held responsible for data loss, account restrictions, access blocks or other indirect/consequential damages arising from use.
- Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.
8. Intellectual Property
- The UnfEx name, logo and content are protected by copyright.
- Unauthorized use, copying or distribution is prohibited.
- Instagram is a registered trademark of Meta.
9. Service Changes
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service at any time.
- Pricing changes will be notified in advance.
- Important changes are announced within the app.
10. Governing Law
These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes will be resolved in Turkish courts.
11. Terms Changes
- We reserve the right to update this agreement.
- Updates take effect as soon as they are published.
- Continuing to use the app means you accept the changes.
12. Consent
By using this application, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted all terms.
